We recognise the multitude of different community groups that all contribute to many different aspect of life no matter how small or large they are. Community development and our approach is based on developing people through listening to their needs and responding in an appropriate way. We hope to champion those that feel that they are powerless or unheard in order to help them have an active voice. This can be achieved by practical support projects to working on a strategic level to ensure that people's views are actively represented. The charity is not static as it evolves to represent the members views but also as we adapt to better represent different communities views.
