Welcome to the website of the Hull Princes Avenue Street Angels

Since 2009 we have offered help and ministry in the Princes Avenue night time environment.

With over 30 bars and eating places in the area, our team of volunteers work from our base at Princes Avenue Methodist Church.

We work every Friday and Saturday from 8.00pm until the early hours serving the whole community, especially the frightened and the vulnerable.

Our hi-vis jackets make us a focal point and we are out in all weathers.

Our volunteers are trained in First Aid, Conflict Management, Drug and Alcohol Awareness and much more.

All these skills may be used at any time during our patrols. We always work in teams and are in regular radio control with a team at base.

We feed, clothe, listen, pray, anoint, wash feet and much more as a response to our calling.

Once a month we celebrate an open air service of Holy Communion at 9.00pm to which all are welcome.

Our evenings are never dull and our team of volunteers have to be prepared for the unexpected.

Hull Princes Avenue Street Angels work alongside the local community and the local emergency services.
